Professional engineering services included the following design elements related to adding approximately 1,813 square feet to an existing restaurant and site improvements:
Requested permit exemption with St. Johns River Water Management
- Attended Downtown Development Board and Board of Zoning Adjustment for variances
- Permitted with City of Orlando
- Coordinated and submitted Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
To bring the site up to code and with limited land area, an underground stormwater (StormTech) treatment was designed. Added to the complexity, the owner wanted to maintain the operation of the restaurant while the addition were constructed.
