During the design development, Lam Civil Engineering will meet local government agencies to establish the design criteria for the project and inform the local government that this project will permit with them in the near future. Lam Civil Engineering has permitted with Orange County, City of Orlando, Lake County, Seminole County, Polk County, Osceola County, SJRWMD, SFWMD, SWFWMD, FDEP, FDOT, and etc.
Client will have final tweak of the site layout prior to moving to the next step of the project which is Construction Document phase. Before moving to construction document phase, Lam Civil Engineering will coordinate with client to complete various government applications and application fees.
