Initial project consultation, Lam Civil Engineering will meet with potential client preferably onsite and discuss the project and establish a project program. From the project program, we will research with governmental agencies for feasibility of project. Feasibility research will look at the proposed used and if permitted within zoning district/future land use, availability of water and sewer, stormwater/drainage design criteria for the site, and potential environmental impacts which the project may encounter. With the completed research, consult with client for feasibility of the project and processes to move the project into concept design.
